Debugging Method:
1. Adjustment Method of Battery Undervoltage Protection: (take 12V lead-acid battery to set 10V undervoltage protection, turn off the output as an example)
Adjust the input connected regulated power supply to 10V, adjust the undervoltage protection potentiometer (increasing CW, decreasing CCW) until the fault indicator (red light) lights up, and the setting is successful; so when the battery is discharged to 10V, It will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the battery from damage.
Note: If it is not battery-powered, you can not set it;
2. The Output Voltage Adjustment Method: The input is connected to the power supply (the voltage is higher than the undervoltage protection value), the red light is off, the blue light is on, the output is connected to a multimeter, and the output voltage potentiometer is adjusted (CW increase, CCW decrease), Until the required voltage;
Note: Normally, the red light is off, the blue light is on, otherwise it is faulty. Input undervoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, output short circuit protection, please remove the fault and power on again.
3. Output Current Adjustment Method: (take 12V input to charge 12V lead-acid battery, charging current 5A as an example)
The input is connected to a 12V power supply, and the output is connected to an ammeter (the red test lead is connected to the positive output, the black test lead is connected to the negative, and the output is directly shorted. It is recommended to use an ammeter above 15A to prevent burning), adjust the constant current potentiometer (CW increase, CCW decreases) until the ammeter shows the required value of 5A. Remove the ammeter and connect the battery to charge normally.
Note: If used for constant voltage equipment, only the maximum output current needs to be set.
