Cleaning and maintenance Important Notices:

1. Co-washing: Upon receipt of your new hair we highly recommend that you co-wash!

2. To properly co-wash,use a Moroccan or Organ oil based CONDITIONER.

3. Wash the hair in a downward motion using cool water.

4. Use a wide tooth comb and gently comb from the tips of the hair up to the weft while still wet.

5. You should only wash your hair every 2 weeks using the same downward motion as you did with the co-washing.

6. We recommend that you allow your hair to air dry!This process extends the longevity of your extensions

Q:How long are the delivery times?
A: For stock order will be shipped within 24 hours after full payment arived. Your package may be delayed during na-tional holidays, festivals or transport. For customized order will be around 15-25 days base on your actual quanlity. Arrival times depend upon which country and which postage method we use.

Q:How do I get a refund ?
A: Should you not feel satisfied with a product then please contact us within 3 days upon your receipt of the products, We will refound you if you send all the hairs back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the items for any acceptable reason.
(However,the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the)

Q:What should I do for the wrong products ?
A: If you have received the wrong products then you should return them back to us as long as the packaging seal has bot been broken. When we receiver it/them, we will correct the mistake and send you the right product to you ,at no cost.

Q:Cay they be straighend, curled ?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat/iron straighten or tongs even when ftted, but as with your own hair,never use not tools too often as you could try the hair and it will not last as long.

Q:Can I dye color the hair ?
A: Yes. The hair can be colered. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We receommend to dye darker, not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it's difficult to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair.
(We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.)

Q:How long does it last ?
A: Sthis hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hair extension prefer Brazilian or Indian hair, because it's beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.
