Installation пневмоэлементов

1. lift the front of the car with a Jack or lift
2. unscrew the top Bolt nut of stabilizer mount
3. put the upper bracket of mounting the pneumatic elements on the Bolt of the stabilizer mount and pull the nut of the stabilizer Mount (do not tighten to the stop)
4. mark the hole on the frame as shown in the picture and drill the hole with D-11 drill
5. Fix the upper bracket on the drilled in the frame place using hardware
6. position the bottom bracket on the lever and secure it using the mounting plate and hardware
7. secure the pnemoelement between the upper and lower brackets using hardware
8. pull out all bolt connections. Make sure that there is enough space around the pneumatic element and it does not hurt other parts of the car. Install the supply lines on the fittings of the pneumatic elements. Depending on the control system, use the fittings in the kit

Inspection of installed equipment for tightness:

The inspection of equipment will require a soap solution of water in the tank and a brush for the spray with a soap solution of the threaded connections of the system.

• Pump the maximum pressure in the pneumatic elements (not less than 8 kg/cm2). Check pressure should not change within one hour. In case of pressure drop:
• Smear all available threaded connections and the pneumatic element itself. In the event of air leakage detection, the threaded connection must be redesigned. If a micropore is found on the most pneumatic element, it must be replaced with a new one.
• A drop in air pressure in the system (circuit) is allowed by 1.5 kg/cm2 in 48 hours.
• Do not allow long-term operation of air suspension with pressure in pneumatic elements less than 1.5 kg/cm2. Observe the rules of operation of the air suspension
