The principle of operation: the wire of the holder is connected to the "+" power supply, the lead electrode is inserted into the holder. Atomic oxygen is released on the electrode. After washing with water, the second stage of treatment begins-the actual application of a zinc coating. Insert a zinc electrode into the holder and, dipping the cover in the zinc electrolyte, rub the prepared area. The metal acquires a matte shade. In two minutes can be processed approximately 10 sq. CM, the thickness of the resulting coating is 7-10 μm. The process differs from an industrial galvanic bath only in that a tampon with a solution is used instead of a bath.
