HART-WIFI data collector is a high-tech product integrating HART protocol and WIFI wireless communication. It is a miniature RTU system, using high-end ARM microcontroller as the core, composed of high-precision operational amplifiers, interface chips, hardware watchdog circuits, and input It is composed of output loop and embedded communication module, and HART modulation and demodulation chip, which has the characteristics of stable performance and high cost performance.
The hardware structure design of the HART-WIFI data collector is in full compliance with industrial standards. Special designs are adopted in terms of temperature range, vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and interface diversity, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments.
1. Product performance
● Two-channel analog quantity sampling, 12-bit high-precision A/D simultaneous sampling function.
● Two-way switching value sampling function.
● One HART interface.
● One DC24V output.
● The USB interface is used to set parameters.
● Real-time data can be inquired through the Ethernet connection.
● The parameters, range, zero point, etc. of the collected data can be configured.
● Configurable station number, time, communication parameters, etc.
● Support dynamic DNS and fixed IP.
● Support data transmission methods: UDP, TCP.
● Read data directly from the instrument through HART protocol.
● Local and remote can query and set all operating parameters.
● With power-off memory function, there is no need to reset parameters after power-off.
● Equipped with large-capacity EEPROM to save data according to the set save interval time.
