DMG48320C035_03W is a 3.5Inch HMI Intelligent UART Serial TFT LCD display module, 16.7M color, 24bit.

It's based on DWIN T5L ASIC, which can be programmable under DWIN free DGUS software tool.

An Intelligent TFT LCD display has embedded the LCD driver, controller and MCU into its product which frees the customer's design engineers from tedious UI and touch screen programming.

By incorporating a Smart TFT Display from DWIN Technology, customers greatly reduce their end product's time-to-market and BOM cost through quick and easy GUI implementation.

It's welcomed by any MCU, such as Arduino, STM32, ESP32.

Answer:

No, you should update the program to LCD at first, and then assemble it.
Step 1, check the software platform of the screen, it mentioned in datasheet.
Step 2, use the correct development SDK (different platform use different SDK) to finish developing.
Step 3, update software program and test
Step 4, when test OK, assemble it on machine.
