Payment

1.We can accept T/T and Western Union and Money Order, the best way is direct online payment, you can choose by yourself. If you hope other payment terms, please let us know before when you order.

2.Full payment must be made within 7 days after placing your order, or the order will be invalid or canceled by the system

3.Make sure that you have completed all the detailed information like contact person, address, post code and telephone number when filling in your buyer's information.

Shipment

1.We will send the goods within 5 working days after the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment is not available, your order will be closed automatically.

2.The shipment by China Post Air Mail for less than 2KG goods, generally it will take 5-15 working days. If you need the item very urgently, please contact us for express shipping, we will calculate the best express shipping cost for you. Express shipping takes about 3-7 days to arrive.

3.If you have not got it within the shipping time, please no hesitate to contact us. We will check it for you with the post office and customs. Because sometimes it will be delayed for traffic or flight jams. Please do not complain to us. We will take responsibility to resend or refund for any lost item.

Refund & Service

1.All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the item in one week and you must contact us with in 3 days of the receipt of your purchase.

3.All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. Human causes defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.
