   A:Normally,we will send it by China post for the value below $150,and it takes about 20-35 days arrive. 

      If your total value is over $150,we will send by EMS or DHL free which takes about 4-13 days arrive.  

2.Q:I still have not received the item after 30 days,what should I do? 

    A:International shipping need more time,pls wait for a few days until the 45th,

3.Q:What I received is different from picture,what's happen?

     A:Mostly,our ring size is 16-20,equal to US size 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9. 

        and our stainless steel rings is mostly 17-21mm

        we can send you relatively bigger size,like 18,19,20,but can't sent you all size 20.
