Product Features:

K-300 is a modified UV or visible light curing acrylic adhesive, low odor, high transparency, high bonding strength,low viscosity, easy deaeration , typically used in large- area glass crystal bonding, such as : glass mosaic,glass crafts, crystal crafts.

Typical curing nature:

K-300 will be cured under ultraviolet light , the sun will slowly solidified . 220-260nm light source helps surface cure .

Cure rate , depth, and ultimately curing effect is dry and UV light source , exposure time , light transmittance related material . Suggested by experiments to determine the final curing process .

Positioning time:

10 seconds -125w high-pressure fluorescent , 4 mW / cm ⊃2; UVA

Full cure time:

180 seconds -125w high-pressure fluorescent , 4 mW / cm ⊃2; UVA

Typical cured properties:

Tensile shear strength (GB 7124-86) overlapped area of 25 × 12.5 = 312.5mm2: glass / stainless steel , ≥ 10MPa

Use these steps:

1 Depending on the material surface treatment , surface dry and clean , no weak boundary layer ;

Instructions for use:

Note:

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing . This pair of eyes and a slight skin irritation.
