Product characteristics:

Input-output linear equation:
The voltage to be converted is linear with the output current. The linear equation is determined according to the zero modulation and the range of adjustment. Two lines are determined at two points, the two points are the zero point and the adjusting range respectively. Iout=K*V+b.
For example, the 0-10V is converted to 4-20mA, and the two points are (0.4) and (10.20) so that the linear equation I=1.6*V+4 can be determined.

Product instructions:

3: range: the voltage signal that needs to be converted is adjusted to the required full scale voltage (such as 3.3V, 5V, 10V, 15V), adjust the range potentiometer so that the output current is 20ma. The adjustment process will find the current output indicator light from weak to strong. Adjust the finish, it is best to use the potentiometer knob fixed.(for example, adjust channel 2 and input channel 2 voltage input (IN2) to 5VAdjust the channel 2 range potentiometer, so that the channel 2 current output (Iout2) output current close to 20mA)
4: input range of voltage, you can output the corresponding current, the output current is the negative pole of the power supply. If the deviation is found, polyphony can be carried out.
Example of regulation:
For example: the supply voltage 24V, the need to adjust the channel 2 into 0-10V, converted to 4-20mA
1: connect the supply voltage 24V, the 24V positive connection VCC, the negative connection GND.
2: Zero: IN2 and COM short, adjust the channel 2, zero knob, so that Iout2 output 4mA.
3: range: IN2 to 10V, COM terminal, need to switch the voltage, negative pole. Adjust the channel 2 range knob, so that Iout2 output 20mA.
4: Channel 2 to change the voltage in 0-10V, the output current changes linearly in 4-20mA.
