Please send us clear photos of the bulb, showing with power on and with power off respectively. If the photos are not clear enough or not able to prove that the LED lamp is defective, then a video is required. Please connect the bulb to a 12V power adapter and show in the video that you have correctly connected the LED lamp to power cords.

Artificial damage is not included in return policy. About any other problems, please contact customer service.
