Product Features :

K-303 is dedicated to the adhesive acrylic (PMMA) or acrylic adhesive between the glass and metal between the

high adhesive strength, e.g., acrylic billboards, adhesive acrylic products , but also for other transparent

plastics such as PC , PVC, PS, ABS and other plastics adhesive fixing , bonding with excellent results, such

as plastic boxes, plastic products , such as bonding.

Typical curing nature:

K-303 will be cured under ultraviolet light , the sun will slowly solidified . 220-260nm light source helps surface

cure . Cure rate , depth, and ultimately curing effect is dry and UV light source , exposure time , light transmittance

related material . Suggested by experiments to determine the final curing process .

6s-125W PHILIPS high-pressure fluorescent lamp , 4.5 mW / cm ⊃2; UVA 3mm thick PMMA / PMMA

Use these steps:

1 Depending on the material surface treatment , surface dry and clean , no weak boundary layer ;

2 interface adhesive bonding material on the need for continuous coating, be careful not to disperse ;

3 light positioning the glue into the short ultraviolet curing lamp radiation, until the hand nudging fixed;

4 to remove the excess glue with a knife to scrape the glue overflow , or a soft cloth , paper towel and gently

erase the excess glue can also be dipped in acetone, alcohol wipe ;

5 full cure time high radiation , until fully cured , note the temperature is not too high ;

6 dipped in acetone, alcohol, cleaning materials with a soft cloth or paper towel and gently wipe the bonding good

material .

Instructions for use:

1 , the adhesive surface clean, dry and free of grease , you can wipe with acetone , hair dryer .

2, the UV lamp positioned curing , the curing rate is dependent on the glue to absorb light energy from the

light source associated with , the light transmittance material and other factors .

3 , the operation should not squeeze too hard to be sticky , and shall not be repeatedly moved apart

adherend.

4, using the rest of the glue not fall back to the original packaging to avoid contamination.

Note:

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing . This pair of eyes and a slight skin irritation. If accidentally

splashed into the eyes , rinse immediately with plenty of water , as there does not need to go to hospital.

Rinse immediately with soap and water after skin contact. Please wash before they can wear the clothing.

Do not allow contact with children .

Storage: This product is sensitive to light and heat , you need storage in a cool, dry place, away from light

below 28 C, valid for one year .
