Features: K-0290 is a medium strength, low viscosity, high penetration, fast curing, for already packed M2-M12 thread locking and sealing. Applications: Avoid loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. The following have been assembled for the M12 locking and sealing threaded fasteners to prevent thread corrosion. Typical uses: Adjustable locking screw, weld cracks, casting cracks, loose pore plugging. Properties: Base material chemical composition: methacrylate Appearance: green thin liquid Viscosity (mPa) s) : 20 ~ 80 Specific gravity: 1.08 Flash point: > 108 The biggest fill gaps (mm) : 0.1 At room temperature curing time (min) : 15 or less After curing performance: All solid at room temperature time (hr) : 24 Failure moment (N, m) : 20 Average removal torque (N, m) : 19 Working temperature: 54-149 Instruction manual 1. The coated surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. 2. Insert the bolt painted in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged threads, a thin layer of this product work results in a 0.05 mm or less optimal. 3. For large thread sizes, larger gap will affect cure speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction force (torque tension ratio) assembly generated.
