Kafuter K-0680 50g High Strength Anaerobic Adhesive Metal Metal Screw Lock Screw Glue Thread Seal Anti Rust Up Bonding HypoxiaProduct Features K-0680 (Universal / high-strength retaining compound cylindrical) is a one-component, high strength, general purpose, anaerobic cylinder bore viscosity / shaft fitting retaining compound. The cylindrical retaining compound cured and air separation between two close fitting metal. Typical use The cylindrical retaining compound for radial clearance gap ≤0.25mm fit or transition fit, best fit clearance 0.05 ~ 0.10mm. Can replace press fit, anti-corrosion. Typical uses: slightly worn bearings, bushings and other assembly, holding pulleys, bushings, gears, rotors, repair the hole - and shaft fitting-tolerance parts. Nature of the product Chemical composition methacrylate Appearance Green viscous liquid Viscosity (25 , mPa.s): 1000 ~ 3000 Specific gravity: 1.05 to 1.10 The maximum radial gap filling (mm): 0.25 Shear strength (MPa): ≥10 Working Temperature : - 54 ~ 149 First curing time (minutes): ≤15 Full cure (hours): 24 Instructions for use 1. The surface to be coated should be clean, dry and free of grease. 2.
