When the microwave module is installed, if the wall of the room is thin, the front of the antenna board should be 3 meters away from the opposite wall to prevent the wall from being sensed; and in the same area (within the detection range), multiple radar modules cannot be installed at the same time to avoid mutual interference. The installation height of the radar module against the wall is preferably less than 3 meters. The ceiling installation height is preferably less than 4 meters from the ground. The reaction in the open room or the corridor is more sensitive.

About the test:

1. Check if the power supply voltage is correct before the module is energized, if the wiring is correct, and then power on the test.
\
\
2. When the module is powered on, it will output a high level signal. The length of the output signal depends on the set delay time. The delay time ends the output cutoff. Only when the moving object is sensed, it triggers the high level signal again.
\
\
3. After the module is powered on, there is an initialization phase of about 10 seconds. During the initialization, it will be insensitive or not sensed. When the initialization is finished, it will enter the alarm standby state. At this time, if the moving object is detected, it will trigger the output high level control signal. .
\
\
4. The module output signal stops at the end of the set delay time, and triggers the output again. When the trigger is repeated during the delay time, the delay time will automatically be postponed until there is no moving object in the detection range. When detected, the delay time will be delayed after a period of time. That is to say, if there is always an object moving in the detection range (such as someone has been moving) and it is detected, then it will always output a high level signal until the person leaves and then automatically close after a delay.

5, there are two resistors on the module, the bit numbers are R1 and R6 respectively, wherein R1 is the delay adjustment resistor, the larger the resistance value is, the longer the delay is. The shorter the delay is, the lower the delay is, the R1 is 0. 9, the voltage supply to the module should be stable, the ripple interference should be as small as possible, if the voltage is unstable, there will be large fluctuations, which will cause the module to be triggered by mistake and always output high level. Therefore, the power supply for the module should be filtered. When the power is shared with the load, the power load capacity should be large enough to avoid the voltage jump caused by the excessive voltage drop caused by the load being turned on, which may cause the module to be triggered by mistake. In addition, if the module and the device need to be connected by a long line, then the output signal line is preferably connected by a shielded wire. The shielded wire can be used to prevent the false trigger caused by the interference of the human hand when the signal line is touched, and the connection line can be prevented from being bundled. The coupling between the line and the line interferes with the false triggering that may result from the signal. If the radar module must be attached to the PCB on the installation structure, it corresponds to the radar module. The bottom layer of the top layer of the PCB can not be copper or routed, otherwise it will affect the radar signal, so that the sensitivity of the induction is reduced, and the sensing distance becomes close due to PCB interference.
