Instructions for use:

1. Bring a cooling tank (barrel) of more than 30 liters. First connect the warmer main body and the submersible pump with a silicone grease hose, place the submersible pump in the cooling water tank, turn on the water pump power supply, and wait for the water cycle to replace. (Note: The continuous working water temperature of the machine will increase continuously. Please replace the cold water with the water. The circulating water temperature should not drop suddenly. When the water temperature exceeds 50 degrees, the power of the warmer should be cut off in time, and the circulating water should be replaced later.)
2. Connect the thermostat to the hot bending machine and connect to the 220V mains. Adjust the thermostat controller knob. The clockwise direction is heating. Otherwise, the temperature is lowered. When adjusting, it should not be rotated too fast to avoid damage to the temperature regulating component. (Note: It is advisable to adjust the thermostat slowly to the heat-emitting tube. Excessive temperature will cause damage to the hot bending material and affect the replacement of the hot bending machine).
3. When the heating pipe reaches the required temperature, the plastic plate to be hot-bent can be placed on the heating tank, and when the plate is baked soft until the hand can be folded, the bending can be performed at various angles. According to the material, the setting time is different. Please determine the setting time according to the actual situation.
