FAQ Q:How to supply power? A:Standard 4 AA Batteries, last 10months Q:Is master card available? A:It is available, one card can be programmed to open different locks. Q:What can we do if the power is exhausted. A:There is consecutive sound from the locks, and please replace the batteries.     If the power is totally off, use the mechanical keys to unlock. Q:If some guest lost the card, how to open the lock? A:Use the master card or waiter card to unlock, then use the card encoder to cancel the lost card.  Q:Is custom logo on available?
